Manufacturing
One Campus. Every Process.
In-House.
Our factory in China. From raw-material receiving to finished-goods shipping, every step happens on our own lines and under our own QC.
Production Process
From Raw Material to Loaded Container.
A typical UPVC profile order takes 18 days from PO to FOB destination port. Here's how the days break down.
Order Confirmation & Material Prep
PI signed, deposit received. PVC resin + Ca-Zn stabilizer + TiO₂ + ACR impact modifier batched from certified suppliers. Each incoming batch lab-tested before entering production.
Mixing & Extrusion
High-speed mixer (200 kg / 8 min) → cooling mixer → conical twin-screw extruder (Cincinnati / KraussMaffei). 25+ extrusion lines running in parallel. Profile dimensions controlled online via laser micrometer.
Lamination (Colorful Series)
For colored / textured profiles, RENOLIT lamination films applied via hot-press. Adhesive sourced from Germany. UV-stable, scratch-resistant surface — long-term outdoor warranty.
Cutting & Welding Prep
CNC cutting to standard lengths (3m / 6m) or custom. Steel reinforcement chambers inserted per spec. Weld-cleaning + corner-cleaning as per EN 12608.
QC & Lab Testing
Sample from each batch tested in our in-house lab: dimensional accuracy (caliper), impact strength (Charpy), weldability, color fastness (Xenon arc), Vicat softening point, lead content (RoHS).
Packaging & Container Loading
Shrink-wrap + craft paper + steel-strapped bundles. Loading optimized per 20'GP / 40'HQ. Photos & videos sent to customer before container seal.
Capacity
Production at Scale.
Quality Control
Every Batch Tested, Every Shipment Traceable.
Our in-house QC lab runs eight standardized checks on every production batch. Test reports are saved for 5 years and shared with customers on request.
- Dimensional accuracy (laser + caliper)
- Impact strength (Charpy per ISO 179)
- Weld strength & corner-cleaning per EN 12608
- Color fastness (Xenon arc 2000h)
- Vicat softening point (≥ 75°C)
- Heavy metals (RoHS compliant)
- Heat-recovery (per EN 479)
- Profile weight per meter (density check)
